Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
We ship orders quickly so you can get back to building your system. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States from our Phoenix, Arizona location. We don't currently offer international shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Approved returns are refunded as store credit. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the return process and provide return instructions.
When will I get my store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue store credit for the purchase amount, typically within 5-7 business days. After the 14-day window, most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — you'll need to contact the manufacturer directly for those claims.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
DS18 Products
Are your DS18 products genuine?
Yes. EB Electronics is an authorized DS18 dealer, so every product we sell is 100% genuine and fully warrantied.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. DS18 products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and our custom-made speaker panels carry a 30-day EB Electronics warranty. See our Warranty page for coverage details and how to file a claim.

Do you build custom enclosures?
We design and build our own line of pro speaker cabinets and enclosures, engineered for performance and durability. Every cabinet we sell is an EB in-house design — browse them on the Enclosures page or in the Build Studio.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
