Order Processing
Orders ship from our Phoenix, Arizona location. In-stock orders are typically processed within 1-2
business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is priced by order total:
- Orders under $50: $11.95
- Orders $50 to $99.99: $22.95
- Orders $100 to $149.99: $26.95
- Orders $150 to $174.99: $38.95
- Orders $175 and over: FREE

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

If An Item Is Not In Stock
If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we'll email you with a revised ship date. You can cancel
for a full refund at any point before it ships - just reply to that email or call us, at no cost to you.

Batteries Are Local Pickup Only
Batteries cannot be shipped. They are available for free in-store pickup at 2014 N 35th Ave, Phoenix,
usually ready within 4 hours.

Important: because an order can only use one delivery method, adding a battery to your cart makes the
whole order pickup-only. If you want your other items shipped, please place them as a separate order.

In-Store Pickup
Free pickup on all eligible orders at 2014 N 35th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85009.
Hours: Mon-Fri 10AM-7PM, Sat 10AM-6PM, Sun 10AM-5PM.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
