Returns & Store Credit

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are new, unused, and in their
original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll review your request
and send return instructions.

How Returns Are Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we issue store credit for the purchase amount. Store
credit is issued to the email address on the order and does not expire. General returns are refunded as
store credit, not to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items — the exception
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days. We cover the return shipping and
will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on general returns. Return shipping typically runs
$12 to $40 depending on the size and weight of the item. We cover return shipping on damaged or
defective items.

Timing
We process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. If a refund is issued to a card,
your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it, and how long that takes can vary
depending on where you live.

Items We Cannot Accept
Any item that has been installed, wired, or shows signs of use.
