The Accele FT-Micro2 fuse tap provides a safe and efficient way to add a new circuit to your vehicle's electrical system. It is designed for low-power electronic devices or amplifier turn-on circuits that require a dedicated source of +12 volts DC. This fuse tap fits into an OEM Micro2 fuse socket, allowing you to easily hardwire accessories without cutting or splicing factory wiring.

Each tap provides two fuse holders: one to protect the existing OEM circuit and a second to protect the new accessory circuit. Installation is straightforward: simply unplug the appropriate Micro2 fuse from your vehicle's fuse box, plug this fuse tap in its place, crimp the power wire for your device to the included butt connector, replace the original fuse, and add a new fuse for your accessory device. The fuses mount at a right angle to the original, lying flat when installed, which helps ensure the fuse box cover can close properly. It includes a 6-inch pre-wired lead with an 18-gauge wire and a butt connector.
