The Alpine S-W12D4 is a 12-inch S-Series subwoofer designed to deliver powerful and accurate bass. It features dual 4-ohm voice coils, offering flexible wiring options for various system configurations. This subwoofer is engineered with advanced materials to ensure impressive performance and durability.

Key to its robust construction is a Kevlar® reinforced pulp cone, which maintains rigidity under pressure and resists tearing. The High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) Santoprene rubber surround allows for maximum linear excursion, contributing to greater sound pressure levels (SPL) without sacrificing valuable cone area. The S-W12D4 is optimized for both sealed and ported enclosures, allowing users to tailor their bass experience to their preferences. Its custom-stamped steel frame is designed to withstand the rigors of the improved S-Series motor, incorporating frame leg vents and a vented back plate for efficient voice coil cooling. Push-type insert terminals with dual voice coil jumper systems simplify installation.
