AudioControl ACR-U Universal Remote Level Control

The AudioControl ACR-U is a universal remote level control designed to be inserted into any line-level signal path. This versatile accessory allows for precise and tactile control over your audio system's volume, making it ideal for various applications such as subwoofer level adjustment, zone level control, or total system volume control.

Installation is straightforward and requires no external power, as it operates passively. The ACR-U consists of two main components: the remote knob and a compact hub. The remote can be surface-mounted using its integrated flange or custom flush-mounted by disassembling its housing.

The remote connects to the hub via a standard Cat5e cable, with a half-meter cable included. This design allows the remote to be mounted up to 300 feet from the hub, ensuring that RCA connections remain short for optimal signal integrity and low noise. The ACR-U delivers a linear control, providing a smooth and even increase or decrease in output with the rotation of the knob, and is conformal coated for enhanced durability.
