AudioControl EPIC1000 EPIC Series Monoblock 1000 watt Amplifier

The AudioControl EPIC1000 is a compact, high-power Class D monoblock amplifier designed to deliver powerful, heart-pounding bass in a thermally efficient design. It offers robust power and exceptional sound quality, making it ideal for driving subwoofers with precision and clarity. The amplifier is stable down to a 1-ohm load, providing up to 1000 watts RMS, and can be bridged (strapped) with a second EPIC1000 to achieve 2000 watts RMS into a 2-ohm load.

Engineered for optimal bass performance, the EPIC1000 features a 12 dB/octave Linkwitz-Riley variable low-pass filter (40-180 Hz) and a variable subsonic filter (Off-50 Hz) to eliminate unwanted frequencies. It also includes AudioControl's EPICBoost™ variable frequency bass boost (0-12 dB at 30-80 Hz) and an ACR-E Remote Level Control for convenient bass adjustment from the driver's seat. The amplifier is built with a Smart Auto-Reset Protection Circuit to safeguard against over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, DC-offset, and over-temperature conditions, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.

The EPIC1000 is designed to seamlessly integrate with AudioControl's The Epicenter® bass restoration processors via a dedicated Epicenter Link port, simplifying installation and enhancing the overall bass experience. It features solid power and speaker terminals with hex screws for secure connections, accommodating 4-gauge power/ground wires and 8-gauge speaker wires.
