The DS18 NXL-PS8R is a set of 8-inch compact marine-grade speaker pods designed for extreme outdoor environments. Part of the renowned DS18 Hydro All Elements Series, these speakers are engineered to deliver powerful, clear audio in marine, UTV, ATV, and powersports applications. They feature a rugged, waterproof (IP65) and UV-stable construction, ensuring trouble-free performance against water, dust, and sun exposure.

Each pod houses an 8-inch 2-way speaker with a 1.2-inch voice coil, delivering 125W RMS and 375W MAX power handling with a sensitivity of 93dB. The frequency response ranges from 55Hz to 23kHz, providing punchy mids, strong bass presence, and crystal-clear highs. Integrated RGB LED lighting illuminates both the speaker cone and the DS18 logo, offering customizable aesthetics when paired with an optional DS18 LED-BTC controller.

The NXL-PS8R speakers come with versatile mounting options, including CNC aluminum base for flat mounting and die-cast solid aluminum 360° rotation mobile clamps for 1.75-inch or 2-inch masts, allowing for easy installation on various towers, roll bars, and flat surfaces. Their slim pod design retains the loudness of larger counterparts, making them ideal for maximizing sound output in open-air environments.
