JVC KD-R470 CD receiver

The JVC KD-R470 is a single DIN CD receiver designed to deliver robust sound and versatile music playback options for your vehicle. It features a built-in MOSFET amplifier, providing 22 watts RMS (50 peak x 4 channels) for clear and powerful audio. The unit supports playback of CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs, including discs loaded with MP3 and WMA music files.

Beyond disc playback, the KD-R470 offers a front-panel USB port and auxiliary input, allowing you to connect USB flash drives loaded with MP3, WMA, WAV, and FLAC music files. It also provides built-in control and charging for select Android devices (version 4.1 and higher) via the USB connection. The detachable faceplate features a 12-digit LCD display with red button illumination, and a remote control is included for convenient operation.

For audio customization, the KD-R470 is equipped with a 3-band parametric equalizer offering 12 EQ presets, along with JVC's Pro EQ for manual adjustments. Additional audio enhancements include Digital Track Expander for compressed music files, 3-position loudness control, and a low-pass filter. The receiver also features 2-channel preamp outputs (2.5-volt rear, switchable to subwoofer mode) for expanding your audio system with external amplifiers.
