Kicker 44L7S122 Solo-Baric L7S 12 Inch Subwoofer

The KICKER Solo-Baric L7S 12-inch subwoofer (model 44L7S122) is engineered to deliver truly huge, supremely accurate bass. Its unique cone structure and advanced heat dissipation system ensure outstanding power handling and unsurpassed clarity. The Solo-Baric L7S features a highly-engineered motor structure and a distinctive square sub design, which provides more cone area than traditional round subwoofers of the same size, resulting in greater air displacement and louder, deeper bass.

Built for dependability, even when pushed to the limit, this subwoofer incorporates dual voice coils with high-temperature copper windings that easily handle intense heat and power levels for clean, clear bass. The injection-molded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone features 360-degree back bracing for enhanced strength and responsiveness, while the ribbed Santoprene™ rubber surround with blue stitching helps minimize distortion and keeps the cone on track during high-level playback.

Thermal management is a key design aspect, with Kicker's UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece forming a single, solid unit to efficiently move heat away from the motor. Additional venting below the spider further aids in heat dissipation, allowing the subwoofer to play cooler and longer. The robust construction includes a cast aluminum basket, thick tinsel leads, a large ceramic magnet, and satin-nickel plated, spring-loaded speaker terminals, all contributing to its durability and exceptional sound quality.
