Metra 70-8590 Radio Replacement Wiring Harness for BMW 1990-2006

The Metra 70-8590 is a radio replacement wiring harness specifically designed for select BMW vehicles manufactured between 1990 and 2006. This harness provides a seamless and straightforward solution for installing an aftermarket car stereo without the need to cut or splice into the vehicle's factory wiring. By plugging directly into the car's original radio connectors, it preserves the integrity of the vehicle's electrical system and helps maintain its resale value.

Featuring color-coded wires that adhere to the E.I.A. color code standard, the 70-8590 simplifies the connection process to your new aftermarket radio, making installation easy and consistent. It provides electrical power and connections for up to four speakers, ensuring a clean and professional audio setup. The harness is constructed with high-quality, durable materials, including OEM-quality terminals and high-impact ABS plastic molded connectors, to ensure a secure and reliable connection for years to come.

This harness is ideal for non-amplified vehicles and includes a 17-pin plug for power and speaker connections. While designed for a plug-and-play installation, it's important to note that additional parts such as a dash kit, antenna adapter, or a steering wheel control interface may be required for a complete installation, depending on the specific BMW model and desired features.
