Metra 95-9012 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for Select Volkswagen 1999-2006

The Metra 95-9012 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit is engineered to facilitate the installation of an aftermarket 4-inch tall (Double-DIN) radio into the original vehicle dashboard of select Volkswagen models from 1999-2006. This dash kit ensures a seamless and professional-looking radio replacement, designed to match the original aesthetic and feel of the vehicle's interior. It provides the necessary radio provision for a secure and accurate fit, allowing for an upgrade in sound quality and additional features not offered by the factory radio.

Constructed from high-quality ABS plastic, the Metra 95-9012 offers durability and a factory-like fit and finish. It is contoured to match the OEM dash, eliminating gaps between the dash and the kit. The kit includes all the essential hardware parts and detailed installation instructions to support a straightforward setup.

While designed primarily for Double DIN radios, some sources indicate it can also support a stacked ISO DIN head unit provision. It is compatible with various Volkswagen models, including the Golf (1999-2006), GTI (1999-2005, excluding new style), and Passat (2000-2005). Wiring harnesses and antenna adapters are sold separately.
