The Metra 99-3015G is a premium stereo installation kit designed to facilitate the installation of an aftermarket single-DIN (2-inch tall) or double-DIN (4-inch tall) radio into the original dashboard of select Chevrolet and GMC full-size SUVs. This dash kit ensures a seamless and factory-like fit and finish, making radio replacement simple and aesthetically pleasing.

Constructed from high-grade ABS plastic, the kit is painted to match the factory color and texture of the vehicle's dashboard. It includes all necessary brackets and hardware, along with detailed installation instructions. For single-DIN installations, a convenient storage pocket is provided below the radio to fill the extra space in the opening.

The 99-3015G also features an integrated provision for the Axxess AX-LCD screen, allowing for the retention of factory customization options in compatible GM vehicles. Additional parts such as a wiring harness (LC-GMRC-LAN-09 or GMOS-LAN-09) and an antenna adapter (40-EU55) may be required and are sold separately to complete the installation.
