PAC TY1A-RS RadioPRO ADVANCED Interface for Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles with SWC, with or without amplified audio systems

The PAC TY1A-RS RadioPRO ADVANCED Interface is designed to facilitate the installation of an aftermarket radio in select Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles. This advanced interface ensures the retention of crucial factory features, including steering wheel controls (SWC), the functionality of factory JBL or JBL Synthesis amplified audio systems, the USB port (in most cases), and the 3.5mm auxiliary audio input.

Beyond retention, the TY1A-RS provides essential outputs for aftermarket navigation systems, such as vehicle speed signal (VSS), illumination, reverse trigger, and parking brake. It supports real-time and programmable speaker fade functions and offers direct USB in-field updatable firmware for future compatibility and enhancements. Additionally, it features an on-board 10 amp ACC 12 Volt output and allows for programming two radio functions to each SWC button using short press/long press dual command functionality.

The package typically includes the radio replacement interface, vehicle connection harness, radio connection harness, two USB retention harnesses, an OBD-2 connection harness, and an antenna adapter. It is compatible with a broad range of Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles from 2003-2019, supporting both non-amplified and amplified audio systems, with some specific vehicle exclusions like Lexus vehicles equipped with factory navigation.
