The Pioneer DMH-WT5000NEX is a digital multimedia receiver featuring a large 9.0-inch WSVGA (1024x600) capacitive touchscreen display. Its unique two-piece floating design allows the screen to be mounted in front of a standard single-DIN chassis, providing an oversized display experience while fitting into a wide range of dash openings. The floating monitor offers tilt, vertical, and depth adjustments for optimal visibility and integration.

This receiver is designed for today's smartphone-driven lifestyle, offering wireless and wired Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ for seamless access to navigation, music, and messaging. It also features Amazon Alexa built-in via the Pioneer Vozsis app, built-in Bluetooth® for hands-free calling and audio streaming, and built-in Wi-Fi® for cable-free smartphone integration and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates.

For an unparalleled sound experience, the DMH-WT5000NEX is equipped with a fast-processing 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex® processor, a custom-made Pioneer 48-bit dual-core DSP/DAC, and an oversized power supply. Audio customization options include a 13-band customizable graphic equalizer, crossover network controls (HPF/LPF/Band Pass), dynamic bass enhancer, and manual time alignment. It supports high-resolution audio playback including FLAC, WAV, and DSD files via USB.

Expandability features include dual camera inputs (for backup and secondary cameras), a rear USB input, and a rear A/V input. The unit also offers 6-channel (4-volt) preamp outputs for connecting external amplifiers and is compatible with iDatalink Maestro and Metra Axxess for retaining factory features and displaying vehicle data on the touchscreen.
