Pioneer TS-A300B 12" Pre-loaded Bass-Reflex (Ported) Subwoofer System

The Pioneer TS-A300B is a 12-inch pre-loaded bass-reflex (ported) subwoofer system designed to deliver dynamic, impactful bass that allows you to both hear and feel the music. This passive (non-amplified) design offers system flexibility, making it easy to integrate into your existing car audio setup. It is engineered to seamlessly match Pioneer A-series full-range automotive loudspeakers, providing smooth sound characteristics and high-impact bass.

The subwoofer features a durable construction with a glass fiber and mica interlaced Injection Molded Polypropylene (IMPP) cone, ensuring superior sound performance and reduced distortion. A butyl rubber surround and polycotton/cotton dual spider provide strength and linearity during high excursion, crucial for accurate reproduction of recorded sound waves. The oversized 60 oz double-stacked magnet and vented pole yoke contribute to increased power handling.

The enclosure is a slot-type port design, optimized with advanced computer-aided acoustical modeling for superior control of airflow and pressure within the port, which helps reduce turbulence-induced distortion. Its robust MDF construction is wrapped in carpet for added durability and a clean finish, allowing for flexible placement in various vehicles.
