Rockford Fosgate Prime 12" R2S 4-Ohm DVC Shallow Subwoofer R2SD4-12

When space for bass is limited, the Rockford Fosgate Prime R2SD4-12 shallow subwoofer is designed to satisfy your need for low-frequency music. This 12-inch subwoofer handles 250 Watts RMS power and features a 4-Ohm Dual Voice Coil design, allowing for flexible wiring configurations. Its elevated motor structure reduces speaker depth, enabling it to fit into tight spaces within your vehicle.

The R2SD4-12 incorporates a mica-injected polypropylene cone for clean and accurate bass notes, along with an anodized aluminum voice coil former that provides superior heat dissipation. Reliability and performance are enhanced by stitched tinsel leads, which reduce fatigue and potential shorting. The StampCast basket features integrated spider venting, a cooling mechanism typically found in traditional depth-mounted models. These shallow subwoofers are optimized for sealed enclosures and conform to CEA-2031 industry standards for consistent power ratings.
