Soundstream BX-10D Digital Bass Reconstruction Processor with Remote Control

The Soundstream BX-10D Digital Bass Reconstruction Processor is engineered to enhance and restore low-frequency sound in your car audio system. It digitally maximizes ultra-low bass on all types of recorded material by detecting bass harmonics and then digitally reconstructing the original sounds to recreate the incredible punch and impact of live music. This processor is ideal for both factory and aftermarket audio setups, especially those with limited bass output or missing subsonic response.

The BX-10D features adjustable parametric sweep and bandwidth controls, allowing for precise tuning of the bass response. The SWEEP knob selects the center frequency (27Hz or 63Hz) for bass restoration, while the WIDTH knob adjusts the frequency range affected. It includes a convenient dash-mount remote control for on-the-fly bass adjustments, complete with an LED indicator that brightens or dims with bass intensity. Balanced inputs help reduce noise and preserve signal clarity, ensuring a clean and powerful low-end sound.

Additional features include a PFM Subsonic Filter with three frequency selections (35Hz / 50Hz / 80Hz) for speaker protection and amplifier power management, a bass restoration lighted display, and a PWM high headroom power supply for consistent output. Its compact design allows for easy integration into most car audio systems.
