Sundown Audio HZ-900.5 Horizon Series 5-Channel Amplifier

The Sundown Audio HZ-900.5 is a compact 5-channel Class D amplifier from the Horizon Series, designed to deliver clean, controlled power in tight spaces. It serves as an all-in-one solution for full-system amplification, making it ideal for daily drivers, stealth builds, or any vehicle where space is a premium but sound quality cannot be compromised.

This versatile amplifier features four channels dedicated to mids and highs, offering up to 150W x4 at 2 ohms, and a separate subwoofer channel providing up to 500W at 2 ohms. Advanced crossovers allow for independent tuning of full-range and subwoofer sections, including high-pass filters for channels 1-4, and both low-pass and subsonic filters on channel 5.

The HZ-900.5 boasts a heavy-duty aluminum heat sink to ensure stable performance and efficient cooling during high-output use. It also incorporates DC Sense, high-level input capability, and Sundown's robust 4-way protection circuitry (thermal, speaker short, over/under-voltage, and DC offset) for bulletproof reliability. A wired 16-foot remote level control for channel 5 is included, allowing convenient subwoofer level adjustment.
